Defendant Domenic Iaciofano was convicted on December 2, 1982 of nine counts of mail fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1341) and five counts of wire fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1343). He was acquitted on one count of mail fraud. On January 19, 1983 he was sentenced by Judge Garrity to imprisonment for a period of four years.
