WHICHARD, Judge.

Plaintiff argues that the Commission erred by failing correctly to determine the amount of compensation to which she was entitled under G.S. 97-30. We agree, and we accordingly vacate and remand for entry of a new award.

The Commission found that plaintiff has a 40% physical impairment of her lungs. The medical evidence supports the finding; it is therefore conclusive on appeal. Pennington v. Flame Refractories, Inc., 53 N.C. App. 584...
