Defendant, Pointe Coupee Farmers Elevator, Inc. (Pointe Coupee), appeals the trial court judgment against it and in favor of plaintiff, Don-Barr Farms (Don-Barr), in this contract suit.

This litigation was instituted by Don-Barr to enforce two contracts for the sale of soybeans. The first contract, # 1090, dated February 4, 1981, was for the delivery of 5,000 bushels of # 1 yellow soybeans at $8.25½ per bushel. The second contract, # 1093...
