This appeal is taken by plaintiff Time Share Vacation Club ("Time Share") from the dismissal of Time Share's breach of contract action against defendants Atlantic Coast Resorts, Ltd. ("Atlantic"), Coastal Marketing Associates, Inc. ("Coastal") and Martin L. Schuman, Jr.
