MANSMANN, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on appeal by the Farmers Home Administration from the Order of the Bankruptcy Court dated October 13, 1983 (which incorporated its August 16, 1983 Memorandum Opinion). 32 B.R. 777 For the reasons and to the extent set forth below, the Order appealed from is affirmed in part and reversed in part.
