On this appeal from the defendant Sendele's conviction of unlawful possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (G.L.c. 94C, § 32A[a]),1 the main question tendered by the defense, as put by motions for a required finding of not guilty, is whether there was a case for the jury. We agree with the trial judge that the answer is yes.
