In this adversary proceeding, the plaintiff, Barclays American Finance Corporation, has filed a Complaint requesting that the debt owed to it by the Chapter 7 defendants-debtors be determined to be nondischargeable pursuant to Section 523(a)(2)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A).
