This appeal arises from a judgment imposing a prison sentence under 18 U.S.C. § 3575 (1982), the federal statute which authorizes augmented sentencing for defendants with multiple previous felony convictions. The appellant here, Terry Felder ("Felder"), attacks his ten year prison sentence under this statute as disproportionate to the two-year maximum sentence...
