OPINION AND ORDER

CRABB, Chief Judge.

This civil action is before the court after trial to the court on the issue of damages only. In earlier decisions, I denied plaintiffs' motions for preliminary and permanent injunctions prohibiting the termination of their Walgreen dealerships and I granted partial summary judgment to plaintiffs on the issue of defendant's liability for damages resulting from the termination of plaintiffs' Walgreen dealerships.
