The Department of Banking and Finance appeals the circuit court's order denying the Department's motion for a preliminary injunction to prohibit Standard Federal Savings & Loan Association and K-Mart Corporation from continuing their program of marketing Standard Federal money market accounts and certificates of deposit through K-Mart stores located in Ft.
