DURHAM, C.J.

Arthur L. Heaps appeals his adjudication as a habitual criminal, alleging the constitutional invalidity of the underlying felony convictions used in the habitual offender proceeding. We affirm.

Heaps was convicted of first degree robbery and attempted robbery in King County on January 21, 1982. He was then charged by supplemental information with being a habitual criminal. The habitual criminal charge was based upon four out-of-state felony convictions...
