OPINION OF THE COURT

Appellant, Larry Macklin, appeals from an order of the Court of Appeals denying his petition for writ of mandamus. He appeals to this court as a matter of right.

The appellant was tried on the charge of receiving stolen property along with a co-defendant who was charged with the same offense plus several other offenses. Two hours after the case was submitted to the jury, they requested a mug shot of the co-defendant which was not introduced...
