This matter is before the Court on the debtors' objection to creditor Commonwealth's ("Commonwealth") proof of claim. In response to the debtors' Chapter 13 joint petition, Commonwealth filed a claim as a secured creditor in the amount of $21,242.50, of which $50.00 was charged as attorney's fees.
