BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

By indictment the Appellant was charged with intentionally and knowingly causing bodily injury to Herbert Linn Meyers by biting Meyers on the arm. In the same indictment the Appellant was charged with intentionally and knowingly causing bodily injury to Gerald Pedigo by hitting Pedigo with his hand.
