This is an appeal from a default judgment entered in appellee's favor. Issues presented concern (1) whether a separate hearing on damages is required; (2) failure to grant a new trial; (3) refusal to permit development of evidence on motion for new trial; and (4) the award of punitive damages and attorney's fees.
