The defendants, Russell and Sena Mae Porter, husband and wife, were indicted by the LaSalle Parish grand jury on one count of attempted arson with intent to defraud (LSA-R.S. 14:53 and 14:27) and on two counts of arson with intent to defraud (LSA-R.S. 14:53).
