Eugene Johnson appeals from a judgment of conviction entered January 4, 1983, for robbery-strong-arm (sec. 943.32 (1) (a), Stats.), following a jury trial. On appeal Johnson raises the following questions: (1) whether the trial court denied him due process by excluding expert testimony on the reliability of eyewitness identification; (2) whether the trial court's refusal to submit a proposed identification instruction deprived Johnson of his due process...
