452 So.2d 129 (1984)

Anthony LOPEZ, Appellant, v. ANDY SAYYAH & ASSOCIATES and Michigan Mutual Insurance Company, Appellees.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

June 8, 1984.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Thomas R. Mooney and Sherry L. Davis of Meyers & Mooney, P.A., Orlando, for appellant.

MILLS, Judge.

The deputy commissioner correctly denied Lopez' claim for temporary total disability benefits for the period from 1 May 1982 to 1 January 1983. The evidence showed that Lopez reached maximum medical improvement on 30 April 1982, that he was capable of engaging in work, and that he failed to perform an adequate work search.

AFFIRMED.
