CUTRER, Judge.

Christine Deville was charged by bill of information with having committed the negligent homicide of her husband, Larry Deville, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:32. After being found guilty as charged by a six person jury, the defendant filed a motion for a new trial. A hearing on the motion was held, and the motion was denied. Upon waiving sentencing delays, the defendant was sentenced to five (5) years imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of parole...
