SCHOLFIELD, J.

Morry Daniel Henry appeals his conviction for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, RCW 69.50.401(a), alleging error in admission of evidence of guns seized in his apartment and error in exclusion of prior testimony of a witness. We affirm admission of the guns and reverse the ruling excluding the prior testimony.
