Plaintiff, Norman Boudreaux, Jr., an employee of Luke Construction Company, Inc. (Luke) instituted this tort action against defendant, Exxon Corporation (initially designated as Exxon Company, U.S.A.), for personal injuries sustained by him while performing "roustabout" chores for Exxon.
