The plaintiff appeals from a directed verdict in favor of the defendants. We reverse and remand.

Henry Davis, the plaintiff, was injured when a truck owned by Dauphin Construction Company, Ltd., (Dauphin) and driven by Dauphin employee Willie Anderson collided with his vehicle.
