Defendant, Charles Robert Hopson, III, was charged by bill of information with simple burglary (LSA-R.S. 14:62). He pled not guilty. After a trial by jury, the defendant was found guilty as charged. The trial judge sentenced the defendant to six (6) years in the custody of the Secretary of the Department of Corrections. The defendant now appeals his conviction and sentence, alleging one assignment of error...
