Appellant Kenneth Allen Clark, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, first-degree burglary, attempted armed robbery and misconduct involving a weapon. The burglary charge was dismissed. After trial to a jury, appellant was found guilty of the four remaining counts. The aggravated assaults and attempted armed robbery were found to be dangerous offenses by the jury.
