In these consolidated appeals, defendants, Glen Ferguson and Roger Miller, appeal from their convictions in the Franklin County Municipal Court of offenses relating to the sale of drug paraphernalia, in violation of a Whitehall ordinance, defendant Ferguson having been convicted of two counts of sale of drug paraphernalia, one involving an apogee bong and the other a wooden pipe with screens, and defendant Miller being convicted of two counts of possession...
