In a delinquency petition filed August 25, 1983, the juvenile, a 13-year-old boy, was charged with one count of burglary in the first degree, two counts of theft, one count of aggravated assault and one count of endangerment. The juvenile admitted the allegations of the petition as to the first three counts, was adjudicated delinquent, and was placed on probation until his eighteenth birthday.
