BRILL v. SWANSON

No. 11835-8-I.

36 Wn. App. 396 (1984)

674 P.2d 211

CHARLES A. BRILL, ET AL, Respondents, v. E. GERALD SWANSON, ET AL, Appellants.

The Court of Appeals of Washington, Division One.

January 9, 1984.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Waitt, Johnson & Martens and Richard L. Martens, for appellants.

John P. Lycette, Jr., for respondents.

DURHAM, C.J.

The Swansons appeal the trial court's order granting Brills' motion for summary judgment. The Swansons claim that there were genuine issues of material fact and that the trial court incorrectly interpreted the applicable substantive law. We find no error and affirm.

Appellants Swanson and respondents Brill were the sole stockholders in two Washington corporations, Swabi, Inc. (Swabi) and Brillware Manufacturing Company (Brillware).
