Joan Carol Wadsworth appeals a summary judgment rendered in favor of Sharon Ann Wadsworth, alleging the trial judge erred in awarding the proceeds of a group life insurance policy on the life of Lawrence Kirby Wadsworth to his widow rather than to her, his ex-wife and named beneficiary.
