We must decide whether, as claimed by the Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA), certain regulations of the Board of Registration in Nursing (board) seeking to carry out legislative directives for the continuing education of nurses are invalid. We conclude, as did a judge of the Superior Court, that they are valid and affirm the judgment which so declares.
