Defendant was charged with possession, with intent to deliver, of 85 tablets of methylphenidate (Ritalin) and with possession, with intent to deliver, of 400 tablets of pentazocine (Talwin). MCL 333.7401(2), subds (a), (b); MSA 14.15(7401)(2), subds (a), (b). The charges arose from the search of a dwelling pursuant to a search warrant issued on the basis of a police officer's affidavit containing information...
