Appellant, James Yates Rust, Jr., appeals from his conviction in the Clark County Court of Common Pleas for aggravated robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.01(A) and unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance in violation of R.C. 2923.17. Appellant was sentenced by the trial court to a term of actual incarceration of three years to be served consecutively with, and prior to, indeterminate terms of seven to twenty-five years on the aggravated robbery conviction...
