Frankie Chee was tried to a jury and convicted of aggravated assault, a dangerous offense, in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-1204(A)(2) and (B), A.R.S. §§ 13-604, 13-701, 13-702, 13-801 and 13-803, with allegations of prior convictions of aggravated assault and voluntary manslaughter.
