Appellant, Sandra Huff, was arrested in the city of Cleveland and charged with pandering obscenity (R.C. 2907.32), a first degree misdemeanor, and soliciting (Cleveland Codified Ordinance 619.09), a second degree misdemeanor. She waived a jury trial and was found guilty of both charges after a trial to the court. Timely appeal is filed from her conviction and sentence of one hundred dollars and costs...
