PER CURIAM:

Bhatia sued Chevron under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 (1982), claiming that Chevron had discriminated against him on the basis of his religion. The parties filed stipulated facts, and the district court awarded summary judgment to Chevron. Bhatia appeals.
