On August 4, 1982, a jury found appellee, Joyce Lukezic, guilty of eleven crimes: one count of conspiracy to commit murder; two counts of first degree murder; one count of attempted first degree murder; three counts of kidnapping; three counts of armed robbery; and one count of first degree burglary.
