Appellant Scott Buethe appeals from the district court's order granting appellee Britt Airlines' motion for summary judgment. The district court held that Buethe failed to state a cause of action for his allegedly wrongful termination by Britt both under the Federal Aviation Act, 49 U.S.C. §§ 1301 et seq., and under Indiana law. We reverse the district court's order with respect to the state law claim and remand for consideration...
