This appeal, involving Chapter XII of the Bankruptcy Act of 1898 ("Act"), 11 U.S.C. §§ 801-926 (1976) (repealed), raises questions of first, and probably last, impression in this circuit. More common challenges to factual findings are also presented. With one exception, we agree with the Bankruptcy Court's resolution of the case.
