This is an action for negligent infliction of personal injuries arising from plaintiff Dana Wise's fall from a railroad bridge. Plaintiffs sued defendants, Norfolk & Western Railway Company, which owns and maintains the bridge, and the city of Lakewood, Ohio, the municipality in which the bridge is located. The case is currently before the court on Norfolk & Western's motion for summary judgment.
