Plaintiff, Dr. Cordia Beverley, received her M.D. degree from the New York University School of Medicine, and trained between 1979 and 1982 in a three year clinical fellowship in gastroenterology at New York Hospital ("the Hospital"), a teaching hospital affiliated with Cornell University Medical College ("the College").
