Following a bench trial, the district court convicted the defendants for conspiring to transport stolen property in interstate commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 & 2314 (1976). The court sentenced Peter Basile to thirty months imprisonment, and Glen DeVos and Ernest Lehning each to three years imprisonment.
