Mehran Fatehi petitions this Court for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (the Board), finding her "deportable" pursuant to Section 241(a)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1251(a)(2). On appeal, Fatehi contends that the Board's deportation decision is not supported by clear, unequivocal and convincing evidence and, in supplemental memoranda, contends that this Court has jurisdiction to review that decision...
