Defendant appeals his judgment of conviction and sentence for criminal contempt. We affirm.

In its judgment the trial court found, inter alia, that the defendant refused to testify before a grand jury despite having been granted use immunity, having been ordered by the court to testify, and having been given the opportunity to exit the grand jury room and consult with, and having consulted with, his attorney.
