Appellant, Richard P. Hope, appeals his conviction and sentence for indirect criminal contempt under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.840. We affirm.

Appellant raises two points for our consideration:

I. WHETHER THE TRIAL COURT ERRED IN DENYING APPELLANT'S MOTION FOR RECUSAL OF TRIAL JUDGE. II. WHETHER THE EVIDENCE WAS SUFFICIENT TO SUSTAIN THE TRIAL COURT'S FINDING THAT APPELLANT POSSESSED THE CRIMINAL INTENT NECESSARY...
