FACTS

Robert Taylor Morris, plaintiff/appellant, was a real estate broker in Mexico. On February 28, 1977, he received a letter from LTV authorizing him, on a nonexclusive basis, to obtain a buyer for the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Acapulco, Mexico.
