Samilea Jacobson and Elizabeth Strain were charged by a single bill of information, filed on September 24, 1981, with one count each of obscenity in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:106 by exposing their breast nipples in a public place or place open to public view with the intent of arousing sexual desire or appealing to prurient interest.1 Defendants pleaded not guilty, waived trial by jury, and were tried by the Judge alone...
