This appeal involves the validity of a unanimous arbitration award which had the result of replacing one laborer by another — the latter being one who was also the Laborers' Local Union's designated steward. The job at issue lasted for a period of 30 days. The displaced laborer was transferred by Foti to another job where he worked more hours than the steward did. Nonetheless...
