OPINION

WARRINER, District Judge.

Presently before the Court is plaintiff's Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b) motion to amend this Court's judgment of 8 March 1984. The judgment dismissed this malpractice action based on diversity jurisdiction as barred by the two-year statute of limitations established by Va.Code § 8.01-243. Plaintiff wishes the judgment amended to show that it is "without prejudice." Defendant timely filed a brief in opposition to plaintiff's motion...
