Claimant appeals from an order of the Workers' Compensation Board affirming the referee's determination that claimant is not covered by the Workers' Compensation Law. We affirm.

Doris Thedford owns and operates the Pioneer Motel in Portland, consisting of eight units and a house in which Mrs. Thedford resides. On February 28, 1982, claimant and his grandfather contacted Mrs. Thedford, suggesting that several trees at the motel needed...
