G.L.S. is a convicted felon, having pled guilty to bank robbery at age nineteen. After completing his prison sentence and probationary period, he attended and graduated from college and law school. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1983 and then applied for admission to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
