(1) Whether the trial court was clearly wrong in finding plaintiff, Raymond Johnson, disabled at the time of trial; and (2) Whether the defendant insurer, Insurance Company of North America, was arbitrary and capricious in terminating benefits, making it liable for penalties and attorneys' fees.
